Got a bookings question? We're here to help.

  • How do I know when my booking has been accepted?

    On submitting your booking you will receive an acknowledgement email.


    This will be followed by an acceptance or declined email within 24 to 48 hours.

  • How much prior notice do you need?

    We require as much notice as possible to be able to facilaite a booking request but we will always try to help if we can.

  • Do you take same day bookings?

    No, we don't facilaite same day bookings.

  • Do you work at weekends?

    No, we don't work weekends.  Our core working hours are Monday to Friday (0900 - 1700). 

  • Why can I not get though on the phone?

    We support a variety of people who require extra support and some phone calls can take up to 30 mins at times.  Please leave a message as we allocate these voicemails electonically amongst the team and aim to get back to you the same day if possible, or within 24 hours.
