On submitting your booking you will receive an acknowledgement email.
This will be followed by an acceptance or declined email within 24 to 48 hours.
We require as much notice as possible to be able to facilaite a booking request but we will always try to help if we can.
No, we don't facilaite same day bookings.
No, we don't work weekends. Our core working hours are Monday to Friday (0900 - 1700).
We support a variety of people who require extra support and some phone calls can take up to 30 mins at times. Please leave a message as we allocate these voicemails electonically amongst the team and aim to get back to you the same day if possible, or within 24 hours.
